Shipping & Return Policy

At Indulgent Gifts, LLC, we take pride in crafting and delivering high-quality, handmade gifts and jewelry. We want your experience to be delightful from the moment you order to the moment it arrives at your door.
1. Shipping Information
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Custom or high-volume orders may take a little longer — if that’s the case, we’ll notify you promptly.
Flat Rate Shipping – U.S. Only
We offer flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders:
- Flat Rate: $10
- Shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on order weight
- A tracking number will be provided once your order ships
Occasionally, free shipping may be available during special promotions.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage during shipment. All sales are final.
If Your Item Arrives Damaged:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send an email to info.indulgent.gifts@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on item availability.
We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests made after the 48-hour window.
3. Custom Orders
All custom or personalized items are final sale. If a custom item arrives damaged, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as described above.
